Working together

We both want our working relationship and partnership to be successful.

Here are the basics of how we operate and collaborate with you.

Our Fees

Our service fees are reasonable and our fee structure is simple. We charge our clients $80+GST per hour. Prepaid blocks of time are also available. 
If any disbursements or expenses are incurred, we will aim to get your pre-approval and are passed through at cost.

Time Sheets

We record the time-effort and work activities we conduct and deliver for your business.

Invoices & Payment

We invoice our clients every 2-weeks for work done in that period.

We expect our clients to pay us via internet-banking within 14-days from date of invoice.

Technology & Tools

We often use work management, project management, collaboration and workspace software tools.

From time to time, we may require access to your business systems to conduct our work. We will adhere to your IT security practices.

Review Meetings

For our relationship clients we have quarterly review meetings to ensure that service quality, deliverables, outcomes and expectations are being met.

Onboarding

Client onboarding activities are the set of actions we take to introduce new clients to our services. We aim to create a personalised experience for each client. The goal is to ensure that clients have a positive experience and are able to fully utilise our services.

Statement of Work

The work we do for your business is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW).
The SOW is agreed upon upfront and outlines the scope of work, activities, tasks, etc. that we will deliver.

Non-Diclosure Agreement

We operate with strict confidentiality.
Some clients may want an NDA and we are happy to accommodate.
